To be considered for the M/K of the Year in Sørbymagle IF, you must;
Demonstrate extraordinary commitment: Go beyond what is expected to strengthen the association and its activities.
Be a driving force for the community: Create a positive atmosphere and contribute to unity among members, coaches and volunteers.
Be proactive and proactive: Take responsibility for new initiatives, develop the association and ensure its future growth.
Dedicate time and energy without expectation of reward: Perform tasks voluntarily because you are passionate about the sport and the association.
Make a positive difference for others: Inspire and motivate both children, young people and adults through your commitment.
In short, this year's M/K is an invaluable part of SIF, a person who, with his work and passion, helps make the association a better place for everyone.
Nominations for the award are considered by the Board of Directors, and are awarded each year in connection with the General Assembly.
Nomination for Sportsperson of the Year M/K in Sørbymagle Sports Association
We would like to nominate Tenna for the Sports M/K of the Year in Sørbymagle Sports Association for her countless contributions to Sørbymagle Hockey Club. Tenna has been one of the driving forces in the club for over 10 years, and her commitment and passion for the sport and the community cannot be emphasized enough.
She has been an invaluable part of the club's development and success. Over the years she has taken on various roles, including board member, team manager for both small and large teams, and coach for our U8. Her efforts go far beyond what one would expect, and without Tenna our club simply would not exist in the form we know it today.
Tenna is indispensable when it comes to ensuring the best possible conditions for the club's teams. She actively fights for the best possible training times, and she is a key person when it comes to ensuring the club's influx of new members. She has taken the initiative to start children's teams, and takes care of everything from ordering player uniforms to purchasing equipment for the club's members. She also always provides snacks for our matches - a small detail that makes a big difference.
In addition to her indispensable contribution at the local level, Tenna is also active in the Hockey Union in Denmark, where she has been part of the tournament committee for several years. She plays an important role in creating interaction and cooperation between the different hockey clubs in Denmark. This is of great importance for the sport, as hockey is a smaller sport in Denmark, and Tenna acts as a link between the clubs, making it possible to form common team communities and thus secure the future of the sport.
Tenna is one of the main forces in relation to the club's Viking Cup. Danish and foreign teams participate here. This helps to create sporting development for our young players, and unity nationally and internationally.
Tenna is also someone who always shows her commitment on the sidelines, even when she doesn't have children on the individual teams. She supports all the teams, watches the games and is deeply involved in the development and well-being of the players. She is present both on and off the field, and her support is not only in relation to the sport, but also humanly and privately.
She is always ready to help, and her support goes far beyond what is expected.
With her passion, commitment and tireless work for the club and the sport, Tenna truly deserves to be recognized as the Sports M/K of the Year in Sørbymagle Sports Association. Her heart beats for our members, and her efforts make an indispensable difference for everyone in the club.
